The only thing I love more than a celebrity memoir is a celebrity memoir audiobook. They’re a guilty pleasure. I usually listen when I clean or cook, but sometimes I just lay on the sofa in the dark and let their words permeate the room. I get sucked into the rags-to-riches stories and tales of addiction, and leave feeling both inspired and grateful for my own normal life.

Ever since sharing my love for celeb memoir audiobooks on Instagram, people have been asking me for and giving me recommendations, so I started a master list on my phone and thought I’d post it here.
