Seriously though, I need to tell you about this flour.
First, some background:
Back when I was 58 pounds heavier and complaining to my doctor that I couldn’t lose weight, she told me to cut wheat out of my diet. She said American wheat spikes our blood sugar way more than European wheat does, and it messes with our gut microbiome in ways that make losing weight harder — even if you’re not technically gluten intolerant.
