When You Take Your Dog's Meds

Hello and welcome to ADD Wednesday, where I tell you everything going on in my head! I’m actually writing this on Tuesday evening in bed. I just took Mary Margaret’s oxy because my back still hurts. (ICYMI, I hurt my back a couple of weeks ago with a foam roller. I had a knot in my back and was like, “I can get it!” And then I got too aggressive with the foam roller and pinched a nerve.)

Since then I’ve been going to a chiropractor every few days, and he’s been using a little ultrasound machine to break up the knots and reduce inflammation. But I might need to see a real doctor because it still hurts, and taking your dog’s medication probably isn’t the best idea.
